Aurora believes that integrating ESG considerations throughout the investment process can potentially lead to long-term value creation for its investors, portfolio companies and all stakeholders. ESG factors may support responsible investing not only within the investing industry, but also across its portfolio companies and the business community at large. The Aurora Team consistently encourages continuous improvement in ESG performance across all its funds, firmly believing that ESG is a long-term value maker.

Aurora currently constitutes a financial product according to the Article 6 of the EU’s Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector. Beginning in December 2024, we started the transition to be qualified as an Article 8 under the SFDR, which will address our investment decisions more specifically.
